Antrix has said that the broadcaster is liable to pay Rs. 4.65 crore till 31 March whereas the latter has put the liability at Rs. 2.46 crore.
TDSAT said the facilities being enjoyed by the broadcaster will continue till the next date. It added that the arrangement has been made on a clear understanding that broadcaster will meet its liabilities for the current dues in accordance with the existing arrangement and the agreement.
Earlier, RP Techvision India had moved TDSAT to pass an order restraining Antrix from in any manner whatsoever disrupting and/or activating a Frequency Jammer on the 4.5 MHz space segment capacity on INSAT -4A being utilised by the broadcaster after removal of the said Jammer by the Antrix itself in July 2016 till the final disposal of the present petition.
