To capture Bengali markets, Amazon Prime Video has inked a long-term association with Kolkata-based production house Shree Venkatesh Films.  Amazon Prime Video India will become the subscription video streaming home for films and upcoming releases of Shree Venkatesh Films. With this association, Prime members will have unlimited access to this globally acclaimed content.

“Shree Venkatesh Films is the most successful film and television series production house in East India and we are elated to have their future slate exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. We know our Prime members are going to love the premiere of select top Bengali films on our service before TV,” said Amazon Prime Video India director, country head Nitesh Kripalani.

Amazon Prime Video has already partnered with top Indian and international studios like Yash Raj Films, Dharma Productions, T-Series, Excel, Warner, CBS, Everest, SVF, Green Gold, TV Asahi, Ultra Media & Entertainment, Lionsgate and CBeebies to offer elite content.
