UTStarcom is an international company providing technology and solutions to IPTV operators worldwide. They have a domineering presence in India being the technology providers for Bharti Airtel, BSNL and MTNL, the three large IPTV operators of the country. Himanshu Sahu, Assistant Director, Sales Engineering IPTV & VAS, UTStarcom spoke exclusively to Cable Quest about the role of IPTV as a dominant and secured new medium.
