The unsolicited commercial calls and pesky messages irritate every user but they are not slowing down despite many measures. In 2017, the telecom regulator TRAI issued 26 orders imposing fines of over Rs 2.81 crore for such calls and messages, as per TRAI’s newly released ‘activity report’.
